Kerry College provides further courses to get started in the Creative Industries covering diverse areas such as Digital Media Production, Radio Broadcasting, Animation, Music technology, Computer Game Design and Multimedia with Graphic Design.

Computer Game Design & Development (39 weeks)

Kerry College - Clash Campus

The course is aimed at those who wish to explore opportunities in the rapidly expanding games industry. The course covers key computing skills and games development techniques. Students will produce their own games using industry standard games engines.

Digital Media Production (54 weeks)

Kerry College - Monavalley Campus

This course will provide you with the skills needed to generate digital content professionally and find entry level employment in a variety of areas including design, photography, video production, sound production, web design, print, digital publishing, presentation and conferencing.

Digital Media & Radio Broadcasting (52 weeks)

Kerry College - Monavalley Campus

The only full-time training course in the country run in partnership with a radio station.
Former graduates of this course work at the BBC, RTE, Communicorp, Wireless Group, Independent News and Media, Irish Times, Maximum Media, the Independent Local Radio sector, and a host of other on-line and media production companies.

Music Technology (39 weeks)

This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in developing their skills in music technology, sound recording and production. Students will also contribute to live events and performances whilst working as a team and individually.

Photography (Introduction & Intermediate)

The purpose of this course is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill and competence to work independently and under supervision in a range of photography industry settings.
