Dingle Pier
Dingle pier is located near the centre of the town and it is a port for the area’s fishing industry.
Located outside Dingle town, to the South on Basllymacadoyle Hill.
Eask Tower is an 18th century stone tower that was built
as a beacon for guiding ships coming into Dingle bay.
From the summit, on a clear day, you have a view of Dingle bay,
Mount Brandon to the North, the Iveragh peninsula,
Ireland’s highest mountain Carauntoohill to the Southeast
with Ventry and the Blasket Islands to the West.
Access to the Tower is a twenty minute hike through private farmland
(permission and small donation required).
Dingle is only a five minute drive from here,
where you have access to shops, restaurants and hotels.
